The JUMP experience put us in a situation of responsibility and because of this we learned how to successfully plan something and then follow through with it. JUMP taught us how to work as a team even when we all have very different ideas. It emphasized the importance of core values of Judaism such as giving back to the community. JUMP is a great experience that teaches you ways to help people and do it in ways that matter.
